    Restored for our own, MrZ.
A flawless, BBS shave. Just magical, these ol' blades are.

Today I strayed from my normal Old Spice shave and went with a trio of Irisch Moos with a custom RV badger and custom Koraat

A member on a different forum, Stefan, was kind enough to sell me this Sándor Jenes a few months ago. I've decided that it will be my daily shaver for this next week, in recognition of him. Stefan lives in the Basque Country in Spain, an area that he describes as a "hot spot" for the Coronavirus, and he reports that his family has been "hit hard." I'm old enough to remember children with polio in my elementary school, JFK, MLK, and Bobby, and went to Vietnam twice, but it was nothing like this in how it's affected so many people in so many ways. So I'll be thinking of my friend Stefan each morning as I shave this week, as well as so many others.

    Celestino,
I was so taken with one of your other Doug Korn brushes, the one you have in D13 faux Black Cherry that I ordered one for myself with a synthetic knot. That faux briarwood you have is awesome. Since I also smoke a pipe I would love to eventually get one. Unfortunately Doug was out of faux Briarwood resin.
    Cheers.

Nice tribute Richard and a worthy razor. I have friends and colleagues in Asia with me who are Spanish and we were all shocked how quickly the situation escalated there. They too have family in some of the hotspots and they battle at this time being away from their loved ones.
    Stay safe all
