Going away is never an easy thing for me since I don't take a straight razor on my trips. A wise SRP member once posted a thought where he picture the hotel housekeeping person try to saw a toilet paper roll in half with his extra hollow ground whisker slayer.
I'm not a fan of D.E.'s I wanted to be but I never found one that works for me from slants to highly adjustable Merkors I disliked the lot. This EverReady single edge is the only non straight I can tolerate. It's steep blade angle gives a pretty fair shave.
So I shall persevere for the next several days and will be back using a straight Friday.
On a side note these hotel bathrooms with there miles of counter space are amazing. What I could do with this amount of real estate
