Thanks for looking
Worst shave in about a year yesterday. I'm in NC visiting my fiance, and neglected to pack properly because I don't have a travel strop or travel brush.
I shaved using:
Brush: None
Cream: Canned Goo
Prep: Tepid Shower
Razor: Edwin Jagger 89 DE with Shark Super Chrome Blade
AS: vigorous scrubbing with a towel to get the goo off my face.
Result: Horrible at best.
Glad to see everyone else had a good shave, I'm back to my straights on Wednesday and I can't wait.

You can strop on your skin - forearms work quite well. You can also use a smooth pair of jeans or newspaper on a flat surface.
That's hard luck! I suppose you could use a basting brush from her kitchen in a pinch (an "any port in a storm" solution) - I would have tried it!
