Now, about that shaving cream. I like L'Occitane Cade SS a lot but the SC is a total miss with me, weak lather and very strong overpowering cologne-like smell that is nothing like the pleasant smell of the SS. I find the same goes for the ASB versus the AS.

The razor is a Solingen "no name" from Rasurpur, it was a quick shave, I'll shave again tonight, going out for dinner with the wife, it is our 10th wedding anniversary.

Conclusion: Mmm well, I used the Erasmic sc before but, Hogrider rated the sc so I bought a tube: at under Ł1 its awesome! Thanks Hog dude, The Razor gave me the smooothest shave I ever did have, i am very very impressed with the hone, between the 2 I have the smoothest shave ever. period! :D

Today's shave - 15min, no stubble at all, but a bit of razor burn and a couple of weepers - think I might not have got the lather quite right, being the first time I've used this cream. Have heard good things, so will keep trying this one out.

Salient points: Stropped the razor 30 times in SRD red latigo strop (noticed small nick in the strop:rant:) The Wacker performed superbly, no nicks, no bleeders and above all BBS.
