I will be shaving with a DE over the week end. Taking a little
road trip to the northern part of the state. It will be interesting
shaving with a DE after 2 months of exclusive straight shaves.

Testing edges now so I shaved the left side of my face with the 13/16 Bill Ellis Ironwood Wade & Butcher, and the right side with the 5/8 Böker Tree.
W&B still shaves effortlessly, but doesn't get as close as I like. I think it's due for a trip to the hone.
The Böker has a wire edge. Uncomfortable and 'pink' shave. :nono:

SCS stands for St. Charles Shave. Sue is the owner/propritor of this company. She handmakes the soap in a variety of scents, but New Spice is a scent that we were talking about here. Currently her website is down due to a family emergency, but it will be up in early April, I believe.
