Any Experience with this (popular) Feather DE Razor from Amazon?

Has anyone used this Feather DE razor before? I see a large amount of reviews on Amazon but barely any talk about it here which might be a bad thing or maybe it's relatively new. I know this is a straight razor forum but there's a wealth of information on the Merkur line (Futur or Progress or Heavy Duty) or Parker or EJ or even the Feather AS-D2, but nothing on this. I'm looking for my first DE (or perhaps first straight razor?) after using cartridges, and I only have the VDH soap/brush kit for now. In the future I see myself having one of each anyway so I think I first start with the DE and see how it goes from there. I know the Merkur Long and all these other razors are amazing, but with a 4.5 average on Amazon and half the price, I'm trying to see, why not?

Hi Mate, at that sought of price its worth a go. My first razor was a E/J 89 then a Merkur Futur which is giving me a great shave I really like it, I also have a CJB straight handle renewable blade razor but is taking some time to get the hang off.
