Thanks gentlemen, that is good to know about the blades. I'm still not ready to spend $300 on another safety razor, but I'm definitely intrigued. As far as lifetime warranties .... when I turned 67 I stopped holding those in such high esteem. ;)

Scareface, Bullgoose Shaving which is a US company sells the blades, 120 blades for $78 and 0 shipping over $80, so you could add another 10 blades @ $6.50 and pay no shipping. The English company, Connaught, prices are listed in pounds on their website and of course would ship from UK. I was thinking of getting my blades from Bullgoose, even though they are slightly more expensive, because of the fact that they are a US company and Phil, the owner, has been helpful to me in the pass. Have you gotten anything from Bullgoose? Comments?
On Connuaght, the prices are listed in pounds. When I selected what I wanted and placed it in the shopping cart and then clicked to go to the next step there was a currency conversion option and shipping cost estimator that let you select USD. This is where I got my info.
I haven't looked at Bullgoose yet, but will.
Also I wonder if shipping will be faster or more accurate within the continental US.
Even through I bought some soap for Italy and it made it to my doorstep with in three days of being shipped.
Connaught 120 blade estimate.

Connaught 240 blade estimate. Looks like free shipping.
At the age of 50 I competed in the torn bicep and lower back surgery.
I'm David, as if there aren't enough of us by that name already!
You don't have to call Scareface or mischief. One of those names was taken on one of these sites so I had to pull a double.
For what it's worth.
Today I'm going to try and see how irritation free the OneBlade might be by going all ATG passes, 2-3. And using a blade with four shaves on it!
Since I don't have my OneBlade yet, I shaved this morning with my ATT S1 Slant, using an Astra blade with one other shave on it. Great BBS! ATT also make a quality product, made here in the USA (Tennessee). I have their R1 and S1, plus I use their Colossum handle on my Mongoose. You should check out their website! Hope my OneBlade ships today, am anxious to try it out!:)
Ed and David. I've enjoyed all the information you have provided as well as some insight into both of you. Thanks for the straightforward explanations on OneBlade and it's blade supply.
Still too much money for me but I would very much like to acquire an alumi-goose.
