I sure dont know anything but it looks like a standard blade would fit.
no it's not.
1st; it has only once hole, but with usual razors have three of them to keep blade stable.
2nd: to keep blade stable between these two part, there are two parts at each side for which blade need to have two tiny hole at each side
better to see this picture (my poor english est not better with a glass of bourbon :s)

Looks like a Gibbs razor. Have you looked at vintage Gibbs blades?
No they're long gone. I'm sure you can find vintage blades on eBay.
I found this picture online. It looks like the correct blade for that razor.Attachment 252747
Found one blade on eBay France. Attachment 252748
If you REALLY want to use it, or the blades you order aren't very good, keep one as a template. Use a small felt tip marker to trace that shape and file down notches into the blades. They're so thin that it should not take too much time.
I have modded blades for an old Segal.
They made blades which fit Gillettes, yet Gillette blades would not fit THEM!
Mods to the blades and/or razor using generic DE blades is in order.
IF you want to use them.
Old blades are notsogood, FME
Old Wade and Butcher DE's are another example.
I use an old pair of good fabric shears, fairly sharp. You have to use the tips and squeeze-in.
Some safety-glasses, cutting inside a cardboard box turned sideways. Catches the debris.
Spotlight blowing-in. Magnification visor on the head. Cut and fit....repeat. An original blade as a template is a great idea!
Not fun! :D
Not fun seems to be the understatement of the year. Granted today is only January 1st, but still...
