Thread: Phoenix Shaving (PAA): Ascension 2019 Flat Bottom

With the new year, Phoenix Shaving (PAA) creates an evolution of the Ascension model: the Flat Bottom.
It's a Double Open Comb (DOC) with Twist Adjustable function that allows a minimum of modulation of aggression.
Made entirely in Ergal, the aeronautical aluminum defined with the code 7075 of the alloy.
One of the most efficient metallic materials ever created.

Removed the folkloristic musical anecdote in line with the character Douglas Smythe, the idea is a winner:
• same geometry
• more weight on the head
• more neutral balance
All with a featherweight (less than half the steel version) and a long lever.
The combination of this solution allows to soften the aggressiveness of the Ascension 2019 model.
In fact it is good to remember that it is intimately different from the original Mellon style DOC.

And the colors of the anodization (clear and aquamarine) I find them really beautiful.

So, ya gonna buy one and review it for us?

There PAA razors are very nice and work good.

PAA tends to market lower end products. They are especially known for their AS and soap products which are how should we say very unique.
