    I have enough SE, not DE blades to last me for 5+ years and they age just as gracefully. +1 on the above comments about storing them properly.

    We seem (by albiet personal experience) to live in an age when even "exposed" blades in those fancy little 5-10 double-edge dispensers are stainless enough to weather repeated exposure to the humidity of a shower-intense bathroom environment. No problems with Walmart, K-mart, or Walgreen packs. But there should be no real concern about the little blades found in those 100 packs from the internet, in their wax-lined envelopes. That's just worry-wart nit-picking neuroticism! It's the 21st-century, get used to it! (not hard to to..)
