as far as I know the only way to get injector blades is to order them online. I haven't seen them in an actual store in years. if you do decide to get them online pay attention to quantity and shipping. I just got some today from amazon and I was able to get free shipping by ordering them with some other stufff I needed to reach the free shipping price limit (of course ordering in bulk would work too). googleing schick injector blades should give you pleanty of other options also, but i believe schick and personna are the only brands still makeing them.

CVS was selling new blades a few years ago. I don't know if they still carry them. The blades themselves were not bad at all, but I prefer the original style metal dispenser to the plastic one that the CVS blades come in. As an alternative many seem to prefer the blades from Ted Pella or Feather AC blades that have been cut down.

Try a search, there is a lot of info about this.

    Hi there,

Long story short, your best bet of finding a quick injector blade fix would the the ones made in China for Schick. You'll find seven packs in many small drugstores, and they run about $6 or so. There are also German made Schick blades, but most people prefer the other ones. The Chinese ones have received surprisingly good reviews.

Now for the long part of the story. For the best blades, you are gonna have to buy some vintage ones. Years ago, I used an injector for six months straight, and the vintage blades were what I ended up liking the most. I still have a small stockpile of NOS 1970s made blades, even though I rarely ever use the injector anymore.

Last week I got out my M type and loaded a new to me blade in the thing. That brand was a Personna Tungsten 74, and it blew my previous favorite blade out of the water. Holy smokes........that is one very sharp and smooth blade. They gotta be 30 years old or more, but jeeeez.

You can spend a buck a piece on ebay for the NOS Schick Plus Platinum blades. I have a few of those blades, but haven't tried em yet. From what I've read though, those blades are top notch.

Anything with the word Krona is probably gonna be a nice old blade made by Schick. That holds true for the Krona DE blades as well, and those go for top dollar when you see em for sale. I'll include a pic of some various vintage blades, with the ones available on ebay in the middle.

It may be that those Chinese blades or the ones sold at CVS and the like may be a good fit for you. The other option are Ted Pella blades that are sold online. Some people like those a good bit.

    Hope that helps,

    Martin

Oh, I should also mention some of the older blades are known for providing more quality shaves per blade. I should also say I haven't used the two Schick blades on the right, but that'll change when I use the injector again. The Personna Twins were until recently the best blades I'd tried, but those 74s were a fair bit better. I expect the others to be excellent as well.

    Hi,

+1 on the Ted Pella injector blades.

Dissection Tools, Scissors, Blades, Forceps, Scalpels, Spatulas

    Code 121-4

I use these now in my Schick razors (E2 & G1), and they give superb shaves for me.

The 'non Ted Pella' Injector blades (original Schick etc) are becoming quite expensive

    Have fun !

    Best regards

    Russ

Washington, DC area CVS stores are still re-selling them. CVS clerk said "We get a lot of demand for those, expecially lately we can't keep them in stock."
