Default Got another guy off carts

Got a good friend of mine to switch over to DE's. Went to the Art Of Shaving and he bought a nice little travel kist with an adjustable Merkur DE.

The sales guy was cool and didn't try to push him onto a cart system. Paid a little extra but he gave us lots of samples and spent a lot of time explaining things to my friend.

Got another guy at work I am working on to make the switch to DE's or straights.

    Right on!

If some tragedy will ever take away my ability to shave with a straight I'd be happy with a DE for the rest of my life. I'll never touch a cartridge again.

Yeah I am breaking these guys in slowly. Get them off the canned shaving gel, get them a nice safety razor... then bam! straight razor intro!

so thats the secret. after my younger brother picked up one of my straights and put it up to his face I started trying to convince him to try one, but i haven't had any luck yet. I guess I'll have to try outflanking him with the shaveing cream next time I talk to him...of course he would have to have somewhere to lock them up since his kids are still little.

    Nice job!

Now you just have to convert him to straights..!

I'm trying to indoctrinate my family. My dad now has a straight and my bro has a DE.

There won't be any skins on my wall any time soon. People saw what I went through learning the straights and they're like the Tarreyton smoker that would rather fight than switch!

Straight razor shaver and loving it!
