The Gillette President's shave head was a TTO (Twist to Open) and so was that of the Superspeed.

The President's head might have a higher "dome" shape to it, if it was made prior to 1961. The head of Gillette razors were pretty uniform, the differences were in plating, mechanicals (adjustability) and appearance (more luxurious handle).
