I like the heavy DE razors so i decided to add Bronze is some handles to make them heavier

My first thought was Lead or Steel but Bronze i thing it is better..
I'm curious as to why you'd want the handles to be heavier? Personally I prefer the extra weight to be in the cutting head as it helps the shaving action.

I agree, I want my razors to be balanced.
However I can see you put much work and thought into this and you did a great job.

I, too, prefer the weight in the shave head rather than the handle. The same thing in straight razors. This helps in the razor's balance, especially if one has small hands.
I did this to both a Lord L6 and a YUMA. In both cases I believed it improved them. I used brass rod, it helped being as I have a metal lathe.
Many people ask me about the TTO
The handle of TTO is empty,if you look from behind in the end you will see the bottom of the mechanism like a torx
I measured the distance and i left 1mm that means the bronze is shorter 1mm
I put it without glue and make some tests to found the right distance
Then i used epoxy glue for metals and here it is.

Not all my DE's have added weight in their handles
I make some tests before i decide to do this
I use an Ikon handle with some of my DE's and then i saw that some of them work better with heavier handles
The TTO was a challenge and i made it !
