    Cool Parker 90R

    Can anyone tell me about a Parker 90R?
    Would it be an ok starter DE?

    The Parker 90R is a TTO (twist to open) razor and relatively mild. Yes, it should work for a starter DE razor. You also might want to try the Edwin Jagger DE89, which I consider superb for a beginner or the pro. I suggest also getting a sampler pack of blades.

    Obie's advice is (as usual) good. EJ and Parker both make pretty good starter razors. I'd say that the EJs are a bit milder than a Parker, so, if you haven't decided on one or the other yet, that may help.
