    Default Fether blades

Just wanted to post up some success finding the right DE blade for me. As the title seas it is the feather that won out with astra superior platinum in close second. The astras gave me three shaves while the feather gave me four shaves and possibly a fifth. As expected they are crazy sharp and I had to lighten my touch even more, had a little razor burn but I have it down now. This resulted in an even better shave than any other blade I have tried and I have tried around 20. Some blades did well but only for one shave some two shaves. Some blades were so horrible that they did not make it through the first pass.

I still have quite a few blades left and a couple packs I have not tried yet. I do not think I am missing anything by not trying another blade. It is really hard to compare another blade that wont make it past three shaves in quality. Now price on the other hand reflects the quality here greatly. I could get way too in-depth for price per shave but I will stop my self here.

Insanity, good show for finding the right blade. You made a good choice, my friend. The Feather is an excellent blade. Stay well.

Just got back from my very first DE shave, and the blade I used? Feather! I must say it was an excellent choice. It glided smoothly and also provided a lot of feedback, which made it easier not to go through the same spot over and over again. Hope the feather serves you well.

    Take care and happy shaving!
