I think you'll like the Derby blades when you try them. They're on the lower end of the sharpness spectrum but are also mild and comfortable. Some guys don't like them but I do. YMMV.

Nothing wrong with Wilkinson blades purchased at WalMart, they are very good quality blades, and will server you well with that nice looking razor. Good Luck!

Gota share with my shaving buddies......after shaving with this beauty for just over a month, it's fantastic! Toss those cartridges NOW!

I mixed 3 Darby blades with the Wilkerson blade use and am more than an satisfied with the Willikes. The Darbys seem more aggressive to my face. I top of my shave with a few drops of almond oil or avocado oil and in about an hour of absorbing my skin is soft, smooth and supple to the touch. Suggest y'all try it....
