Just be upfront, she shouldn't make you feel bad about it, I'm sure she's spent on something she shouldn't have. If it's really a problem agree that you both set a percentage aside from each pay or a certain amount (sounds like you might have a common goal to reach). And if she wants something or you do and have the funds by all means get it, if you don't you don't get it period.

Well, to actually respond to two posts at once....I'm an older member and if I dropped my clothes at the front door and tore down the hall I would trip on the balls I still have. The commotion would elicit a shout from the bedroom for me to sleep in the other room tonight!
