I think sending my razor to some random person is kind of odd and sketchy I feel more comfortable sending it to a business. Anyways when I get it back I will either post "HOLY **** MY FACE IS SO SMOOTH" or a face waxing video.

This forum is more like a gentleman's club.
Members have been here a long time, We sell and buy from each other in the classified, Give each other advice. Even send lumps of rock and razors half way round the world just for someone to play with.
I can't make you trust Cudarunner, I've never dealt with him personally. I wouldn't hesitate on posting him a razor. He has single razors worth more than my whole collection, better stones, and more time on the rocks than 99% of posters here.
And I know Lynn at SRD will do a fantastic job. He is one of the best. With a handful of others on this forum your man up there been one of them.
Thank you Iceni,
As you and others have seen I'd offered references and among those references would be a Senior Moderator a couple of Moderators, several Mentors and members in general.
All would attest to either my edges or my integrity.
But I'm just a 'Random Person'.
Lynn will do this guy a good job.
At least I had the decency to offer to hone for free.
I will go on record. Cuddarunner has honed a number of razors for me before I learned to do my own. I still send him the occasional one that I can't figure out. When I have a noobie come for a one-on-one-session and they bring a razor(s) with problems from previously botched honings and I feel past my capabilities I have them send them to him. He is a man of integrity (and a slightly odd sense of humor) and a razor doesn't leave his home before it is as shave ready as can be. When he makes the offer he does it isn't for capital gain. It's to further the enjoyment and knowledge of this funny field of ours. 'Nuf said.
I'm anticipating one of those fascinating 'ten shaves in and here's what I know about straight razor shaving that you probably don't know' posts.
Ten shaves???
Why wait that long?
Some people will give unsolicited advice before they even tried it once.
(Kind of like airline passengers commenting on their pilot's landing technique.)
That's one thing I like about the Internet; you can selectively ignore stuff - a privilege I make copious use of.
