Nothing like taking off a week's growth with a straight - I love it! :y
(But with DE I also used a trimmer before the actual shave to minimize clogging)

I couldn't agree with you guys more! Nothing beats a soothing shave for ultimate refreshment and relaxation!
Just saw this vid today, and then I see this thread.

Wow. :tu
Every SOTD from Ivo is 5+ worth growth ;)
I haven't skipped a day of shaving in a very
long time.

Interesting video...amazing how the blade just cruises through the beard. and now I know I can't watch someone shave like that...I was thinking he was going to slice himself at any moment....like watching ice skating and hoping they don't fall.
(BTW, shave cream out of a can! Bleh!) :nono:
Wow I watched that video in absolute amazement. I can't even get a days stubble off with ease like that using a feather. Oh I hope Lynn's dvd hurries up and gets here.
But with all the posts about how scary sharp and unforgiving the feathers are, should the results not be similar?
I was to understand its just my technique needs improving. I have tried adjusting the angle etc and get no joy. I guess this is where you tell me to ditch the feather. :gth
