Shaving below bottom lip

I seem to be having some trouble in the mentioned area. I can get a WTG pass pretty good but because of my chin I find it difficult to get a XTG pass here so I usually just do an ATG pass. The problem I'm having is with stretching the skin here for the ATG pass, how do you guys do it? I've been pretty much just stretching the skin with the muscles in my face to stretch it across my chin, the skin on my chin area doesn't seem to stretch very much any other way unless my finger is pretty much right under the razor. Any input appreciated.

Puff up your lips and cheeks with air like balloon. I can do either my lips or cheeks alone but usually just do this for my lower lip. This puffs the skin out so it's easier to get to, stretches well enough by itself and I can shave in any direction though my chin/nose is still gets in the way of a pure E/W pass.
