Got scared & got a scar
Well, it just had to happen...
I was shaving half an hour ago and my GF was listening to some music in the next room... She was listening to The Beatles and then it happened... Their "Can't Buy Me Love" started to play but the music was a bit too loud so I got a bit scared for the moment and BANG... I moved a razor parallel to my skin and got a nice 1" scar on my right cheek (I was going XTG)...:gaah: It wasn't bleading due to my quick intervention (styptic pencil), but the scar remains...
Now, you can call me: "Scarface"...:D
Wow, that was original...

Sounds a bit like the (only) real cut I had early on. It healed and disappeared in 2-3 days, so make the most of the scar while it lasts. :gl:

it will heal fine and we'll have to go back to Rob, I'm sure!
I try not to concentrate too hard, my mind wanders all the time anyway, so far - I haven't been jumped by random noises around the house!
I find playing my own music helps with that as well, acts as a bit of buffer I guess.

The scar will gradually disappear over time from the daily scraping.

You got a cut, not a scar ;)
Can we call you cutface instead :p

At least your GF has good taste in music :D. I hope this incident doesn't ruin that rockin tune for you forever.
Oh, and I hope you heal......

chalk of pain...yuk!
ahh you've been acquainted with the chalk of pain! that will teach you haha... I had a few experiences with it and the burning feeling has been a really good teacher. No nicks... no chalk of pain.... good face. Well sorry to hear you got cut :(... but no worries let it heal up and try again!
Enjoy!

Welcome to the forum. Is there anyone out there that does not have facial scars? I have found daily smearings of vitamin E to help a lot. Look at the good side, girls love scarred bad boys!
