Schulze razor. I came across this razor, and wanted to see if you guys had any input?

says theres only a little bit of rust, and other than that the blade is clean and sharp. how much should be paid for a razor like this?

If it's in really good shape, I might go up to forty for it, but that's just me. (I'd pay more due a certain fondness for the name).
I've got two Schulze razors that I use in my rotation. They both hone up well and give excellent shaves.
Thanks for the responses guys! Well - I went ahead and purchased (bargained him down to $15) since I didn't hear any negative response with regards to the razor.

It does need some restoration, and obviously isn't honed... but overall I think it's in fine condition. I noticed while examining it under the flash, that underneath the logo on the top scale, someone engraved something on it, and I tried to get a decent picture.
It reads "3.22.54", and underneath that it reads "350"
The first marking is obviously a date, and I assume that the 350 corresponds to the "350 Herder Phila." stamp on the shank. As you can see, before the "350 Herder Phila." it is stamped 376.
376 being the model number? 350 Herder Phila. being an address? Were the scales and razor assembled in the U.S., while the razor itself was manufactured in Solingen, Germany?
Also, do any of you know any history or background info on the Schulze/Weyer firm? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
