Anyone have any experience with anti-fog sprays? There is no fan in my bathroom, and since it's an apartment I'm not about to do major home improvements.
Thx

I have an actual jar of anti-fog paste that is made for rifle scopes and shooting glasses etc:
It works for about 1 week
A week is ok by me provided it's not insanely expensive. What brand is it?
I was looking around and there's one called 'Cat Crap'. I'm tempted to buy on the name alone!
You can try diluting some dishwashing soap and wiping it on the mirror.
Much cheaper that the cat stuff.
The other crazy thing you could try is putting a little bit of toothpaste on a slightly damp flannel and rubbing that over the mirror until it stops streaking.
I did that to some of the mirrors in the changing room at school and it worked great! It seems to stop misting for about a week or so. Havent tried it since though.
You can also use toothpaste to stop your windscreen wipers squeaking, just rub a little bit on to the rubber blade.
I've always used shampoo, put it on a rag and rub it til you have a clear surface again. It works in my bathroom and on my hockey facemask and glasses. worked for well past a week in my experience. Cheap stuff works great. just enough that you'd use to wash your hair.
Another vote for cheapo shaving cream. a 99c can of Barbasol or Old-Spice should last you about forever as a mirror anti-fog. Yes, it does work!
