Good idea,
I simply use after every shave ice it soothes
if razor burn or not ; then don't dry it ( air dry) and
then after shave.
I think it is a inexpensive method for some of us with a tight hip pocket
;)

So... this would also work to stop bleeding on nicks?
Hi Locarius
using an icecube is part of my daily aftershave "routine"
it works for me very well,as it indeed stops the bleeding , if any ( smaller nicks and cuts)
and when using aftershave it doens't burn :p
to much because you close
the pores (astringend).
:D
I'll second fathung -
ice cube over face, let air dry - WORKS GREAT! And yes, AS balm after that...
I am relatively new to straights but this routine is the bomb. Yes, it is *inexpensive* (the understatement of the day - how much does an ice cube cost) but I am not sure you save anything - you still use AS... Anyway, I am not trying to save money on cosmetics, just love the feeling.
