For cuts that won't stop bleeding with ice, styptic, etc, try fine ground black pepper. The cuts seem to heal better with less scarring, as well.

I'd like to think that my method of using a normal saw works just as well if not better... the "don't stick your hand in the blade" method. LOL
So, how you healing?
Thanks for posting that pic, I have quite a few high rpm sharp tools out in the garage, and pics like this bring me back to earth. I've been very lucky in that I've only had a few stitches and some glue needed to seal me back up, but the danger is very real.
Well damn, I wish I had seen this thread last night, because about 3 hours ago, I nicked myself on the jaw (tends to be where I get myself the most). Its not bad at all, the blade just hung a bit, but it bled something fierce initially. It had subsided before I was even finished with my shave, although the bloody soap on my face in the area made it look much worse than it was.
I will have to file this thread away for a rainy day when I can post pics of my own blood.
