Seems to me, with all this cutting and bleeding going on in here maybe a little laughter is the best medicine, for healing shavers, be very careful while shaving, don't look at your wife as she walks naked into the bathroom while shaving your sideburn area, straight razors can be dangerous..Name: maxresdefault.jpg

Yeah, took me a few shaves to stop doing that!! I'm left handed and the left side of my face was hamburger for a few shaves til I figured out I was over-confident on that side. Went a lot slower and concentrated more on non-dominate side!
Had to learn to slow down and and focus thru the whole shave and things went super!
Good luck, have fun and go SLOW!!

This photo is about three years old. I was going so slow, by the time I finished shaving one side there was cracks in the lather on the other side!

Wow, that is nasty. Did she bump you or just startle? Did it leave a scar?

Jeeze TUI, any more of that and I'll send you some new fangled wound drains and a staple kit.

Maybe try the hard to reach areas and trimming the edges to what you shaved with before and save some blood loss.

I noticed a BIG difference when I followed SRP guidelines, smooth shave and no cuts, took my time, had a well honed, shave ready razor, RE-lathered as I shaved and kept it all moist, whiskers fell off.

Don't worry, you will pick it up a notch on shave 2.

My meds have worn off, and I had a lapse in focus . The redness, if I'm not mistaken, is from the styptic pencil.
