Razor Display Case

Hey guys,
Here is a small razor display case that I just put together. I got the case at a yard sale about 6 months ago, either $1.00 or $2.00, I'm not sure. I used elastic hair bands to hold the razors in. I talked to Tom last night & he advised using fishing line, but I had already made the holes. I can get the razors out fairly easy with the elastic.

Someday I will have someone make me a nice wooden case, right now I just don't have a lot of room to hang stuff.

I coated the blades first with WD-40 Specialist Long Term Corrosion Inhibitor, there seems to be good reviews on that particular item.

also the elasticity of the bands would allow for easy removal.

I wouldn't waste my money personally on WD-40 products. There are far better choices such as Corrosion-X which I think has no equal. :)

Nice little case there ! I gave away all my hairs ties when I cut my pony tail off dang it. That looks like a great idea. WD for me too, as it replaces about 6 cans of especially made for stuff.

My only response to that is; I would have to see for myself what these "far better choices" are & some type of a test comparison with conclusive results, before I would switch to them.

I did not choose this product, "WD-40 Specialist Long Term Corrosion Inhibitor", because it carried the WD label. I was searching the internet for over 5 hours reading reviews & looking at tests run by many people. I was attracted to WD-40 Specialist Long Term Corrosion Inhibitor due to this test:

Almost every man over 40 years, is dead set on what he feels is the "best" lubricant; it's like trying to tell a gun owner what's the best choice for a home defense firearm.
I'm always willing to try something new, if the information is solid. YMMV
