Your Genco razor was produced by the Geneva Cutlery Co, of Geneva, NY, sometime between 1919 and 1935. This is an excellent American razor and a highly regarded shaver. The New England Razor Co. was in business at 15 Portland Street in Boston circa 1935, according to Goins".

The Genco/Geneva razors are top notch. Great find!
Are you just collecting or are you using also. Genco is a nice shaving razor. 1 of my first acquisitions too.
Right now I'm collecting. I need to get my razors professionally honed before I try using them. But I would like to use them.
I think you will find it a very pleasurable experience. You may find someone close to you that it would be good to meet up with. This cuts the learning curve down a lot and you may get 1 of your razors honed while you watch :<0).

Hi Jimmy, you are right meers, cobs and briars depending.
The edges on both look like they are in good condition. A very nice find, especially for a new guy! It's deceptively easy to buy beautiful crap, so when in doubt for your next purchase, just post a few pics here :) Enjoy your acquisitions!
