Got this the other day for $8 BIN on ebay. The pictures looked pretty awful, but for the price I risked it. Got it, and turns out it's stamped GR, is almost 15/16, and the rust actually isn't that bad. Pretty good deal I think :p

For 8 bucks you sure did not go wrong on that one. The GR, does that mean it was made during King George's time on the throne?

Ya, I'd say that was a good gamble. Looks like you got a real good one. I'd have done the same if I would have stumbled on it. Congratulations!
