It looks like it’s in pretty nice condition Jerry. I have to admit I know little about DE razors.

ROCKWELL 6s STAND. After a couple years I finally got around to buying a stand for the razor. It deserves a stand :)
HASLINGER SOAP. I've always had a puck of Haslingers in the den. Really good stuff. But this is my first puck of their non tallow formulation. Will try it on the weekend.
SPEARHEAD SHAVING COMPANY, Seaforth - HEATHER. New soap brand for me. Have used it twice and I like it.
I will do a quick review of both soaps after some more use.
The Wife just came into my room and handed me this brush cup. It looks nice and will be just another decoration in my room. She found it online for 8 bucks from some store she buys junk from. At least I got something for the money she spend at that store. LOL. Made in Germany.

The person who made or painted it wasn't thinking about its real use. Painting the gold on the rim keeps it from being able to warm up in the microwave. But that fine. Its got looks. Another fine dust collector. :gaah:
The maker of that mug was thinking poured boiling water, not microwaves I figure Jerry.
I have a similar shaped one and it’s a fine collector of dust!
I haven't been doing any razor resto work for some time as I've not seen anything that I fancied. But recently found this Greaves & Sons which is in good condition and shouldn't need too much work. Will post pics in resto thread when it's done.

I really like the wedge cap on those scales, great looking blade too.
Yeah me too. A nice old notched Sheffield wedge is hard to beat.
I picked up this big ol' wedge off that auction site.

Sam Lawton Genuine Cast Steel circa 1850-1860. I thought the etch looked Masonic at first but now I'm not sure. I'll be able to tell better once it's in hand. My son has been wanting a Masonic so I snatched it.

A 15/16 Sheffield wedge with an etch that's still intact is still a good find though. I have some nice horn to put it in which should purty it up nicely.
