Got this from an Aussie vendor on ebay for AUD$40.00 postage included.
The vendor pics aren't so good, but the blade looks very nice and the box matches.
I can't tell what the scales are made of.

Hints would be color, fine grain, old sheffield blade, and the crack

Nice razor. Should clean up nicely. I would agree that the scales look like ivory. Will be easier to tell once you get it.
