Help me identify this blade

Let me start with the fact that i am a total noob in straight razor shaving (i have about 30-40 shaves under my belt) and that i am on an extremely low budget (compared to good straight razors prices) but thats more like my country's economical state than anything else.
I bought this razor couple of weeks back and i've tried to find some info on the internet but i failed.
I am sorry for the lousy pic quality but i dont have a camera and made them with my phone.
I know the blade is not in the best possible condition but that's as much as i dared to clean it up. I have a UV sterilizing lamp(i don't know if that's the correct name for it but you get the point) and i use it on my two razors every couple of shaves.
i honed it as much as i can/dare (i know that the blade is not as sharp as it would be after one of you guys play a little with it) and the result is that even tho the blade does not pass the hanging hair test i still get a comfortable shave.
So ANY help would be highly appretiated.

P.S.: I also would like to know how much do you think would be the cost of this blade. I am not going to sell it since i like it very much but i was wondering if i paid too much or too little for it.

I will not be of much help. Numax and Numaise are the same company. I have one. It is a good razor. It was made in Germany by a small company that has long since disappeared. It was likely made between the thirties and the fifties if I recall correctly. It looks like it should clean up nicely.

its time consuming to make them as it goes a hole day for a good set . to traighten themm . to glue , to polish them , buffing
I use most of my razors with old scales as i need them only to shave fantastic .
I have a 10 blades without a scales and i have to make them .

I try to keep the old scales on if I can.

Yes i know this feeling i count the 10 striped blades in the workshop . Guess im going to make some scales
