Williams Shave Brush

Got this locally today. Never knew Williams had a shave brush in their line up. I am assuming it is from the same line as Williams soap. Anybody know for sure? It has a mixed boar and badger knot apparently. There are 2 obvious seams on the handle, 180 degrees from each other, so it was made using a 2 piece mold, possibly. It also may have come in a case originally. It also needs a good cleaning and polishing up.
