Sunday finds
I went to an antiques show at about 5:00 this morning to find it bustling already. I spent 3 hours just circling the place while more vendors arrived and set up. Nothing, couldn't find anything. I was ready to leave when I saw a guy had a box on his table with about 30 razors in it. All of them were in some way broken as he had already picked out any that weren't broken for himself. I picked up 3 that I liked all together for the price of a pizza. There's a Northfield, Greaves & Sons, and an I. Barber with an etching like a ship on waves with crossed spears under it. All have broken scales and a some rust but not too bad for finding them "in the wild".

Very AWESOME find!
The blades will clean up nicely and be useable again.
If you hone, check the edges to see that they are rust/ pit free too.
The scales can be replaced.

Very nice find. I would have looted those razors.

It looks like a good find, I'm not a wedge fan but those ought to clean up nice with some MASS and some 400 grit to 1000 grit sand paper or some fine steel wool. Once you have them cleaned up a new set of scales and some honing and you will have some nice razors. :beer1:
