Default Razors from Dean Turner (Alpla444) - Highly recommended

I've had a number of transactions with Dean and been very happy with each one. So happy that I wanted to post a show-and-tell to display his work.
The attached pic shows the 3 razors that I've bought from him and, with each one, the custom cases that he provided. I'm not much of a photographer and the pics don't really do the razors justice.
These are three vintage blades: one French and two from Sheffield.
In each case, Dean sourced the blades, refurbished them and eradicated all traces of corrosion, made the scales and cases, and assembled then honed the razor to shave-ready perfection.
The Wolstenholm Pipe has bone scales, with a titanium spacer that's nicely framed in red. The D'Alpin has buffalo scales with a traditional lead wedge. The Joseph Rodgers & Sons (shown with the red sleeve) has custom scales: Dean offered several options, which we jointly narrowed down to buffalo horn with a turquoise wedge. All have internal thrust washers to help reduce pivot friction.
These are three prized items that are a pleasure to own, and to use for their intended purpose. All shave well and posses unique character, derived from their heritage and Dean's craftsmanship.
While I live in Toronto and Dean lives in St. Helen's UK, he was easy to communicate with and was very prompt in delivery. He's a very reliable vendor of well-priced vintage razors. I recommend him unreservedly.
Please contact me if you have any questions, and keep an eye out for his sale items. Alternatively, contact him directly if you're looking for a custom piece.

I'm so glad that you liked the razors and are very pleased with them, especially the Joseph Rodgers that was your choice of scales, wedge and hardwear I was pleased with your choices and direction you pushed me down in designing it, always nice when both parties are pleased.
I do like the edge off a SG20K
