    Picked up another Sheffield near wedge the other day, for very very cheap. It's in excellent condition, the photo makes it look worse than it is. There is patina hiding the etching, but otherwise it's great, no pitting or rust, and the scales are perfectly straight. I'll probably just soak it in neatsfoot oil for a couple of days to rehydrate the scales and then hone it up.

    Man, old Sheffields in usable condition are getting scarce.
