Collections!
This is my collection of shaving stuff (minus one straight razor), some of it I bought off of eBay, some I bought new and some I just came accross while antique shopping.
Please share your collections, I'd love to see them and I'm sure others would too.

Hi, here is my collection thusfar with my being 50 some days struck with the urge to use a Straight Razor for shaving! I bought the majority of what You see from EvilBay and for the most part, I turned up some righteous goodies.
There is a new Dovo Black Star w red Paka wood scales, a Soligen Pearl King with gold wash saying "first Class" with MOP/cracked Ice looking scales and 3 pins which is my fancy one which has the words Pearl King inlaid with silver and green/blue background, , a Solingen made 2 pin razor with plastic wood looking scales which I have ready for finishing with the blade saying ""Silver Steel" on one side and "International Cutlery" on the other, then the Dovo Shavette followed by a Tuckmar which came with maybe 4 or 5 tiny divits, which I was actually looking for so that I could wipe out the edge completely and begin from scratch in restoring the edge, which now cuts paper effortlessly, but not hair, as i am in need of a finishing stone.
There is a combination hone with a brown medium grit and a cream w a fine stone which I paid $16 delivered. The stone is at least 70 years old and in most excellent condition. I am getting some good practice using this stone in conjunction with an 18" double sided leather strop, which I paid $14 delivered. I believe that I am about $225 into my Straight Razor collection and I am well satisfied thusfar.

I doubt my wife would agree with you. She keeps threatening to create a new website, swmbo.com, a forum for straight razor widows to share the horror stories of their husbands/boyfriends, etc razor collecting madness. She says Olivia would not be allowed to join, ha ha ha ha.
I keep telling her that in comparison to others, what I have is virtually nothing... Doesn't seem to help.
In reality, though she's pretty ok. As long as I don't go too overboard. I think I can get away with 7(8?). She definitely doesn't get the hone thing, though.

Nice collection but if you can tell one is missing... Just kidding!
Here's my collection as of this past June. Not sure they would all fit on the island today. I couldn't tell you how many are missing though.
Soaps, creams, AS, mugs. strops and hones not pictured.
