My new "Filarmonica"
As I posted a few days ago, I was able to get one of those Filarmonicas marked as "Premio de Honor 1907":
Cheap, non-Ebay Filis - Page 3 - Straight Razor Place Forums
It is not from Varonia, but another shop (and there are no more lefts, I'm sorry to say). This is my first Filarmonica, so I cannot compare, but when side to side with my Le Grelot 1/4, the Spanish is lighter and shorter.
It came with a good edge, and have been able to get a quite good shave after some honing on my 3000/8000 Naniwas plus TI pasted strop and Crox. And I have to say this was my first time honing, so I am quite proud!
Finally, some pics of this beauty:

great looking razor.
I have #13 DT and the LeGrelot, the Filarmonica shaves better IMO.

How does she shave? How does it compare it to a Fili Doble Temple? I'm pleased I was able to point these beauties out to those members who can afford them (unlike me)

Thanks mainanman, and mosley59, unfortunately I do not have any other Filarmonica to compare, but some friends in a Spanish forum I also belong to and that found the small batch I got this from, say they are the same blade....

Congratulations on the razor and the honing.
Hope it continues to be an enjoyable razor for you.

Looks like they're all sold out on that Spanish site I linked to. Hope other people off here snagged one or two.
