My first "Big boys razors"
Oooooh how chuffed am I?! I`ve recently recieved these three beautiful razors from Shooter...

A Boker, a Wadsworth sure edge and a WM Elliot :) They were honed for me by Shooter which was very kind given I`d already got them for a very good price (for me that is) That was more than a little handy for me even though I`ve just bought a lovely hone set. It has given me an idea of what I should be aiming for sharpness wise. These razors are just COMPLETELY different to the cheapy razors I`ve been using. I thought they might be. They feel different, my word they sound different and they are a whole different story on the strop. I`m really impressed by the sound they make during a pass! It`s like "BBC Sword sound effect no2" lol Very cool. So a great big thankyou to Shooter! For selling me these at a price I could afford, for spending time honing and making them shave ready ASWELL. Above and beyond the call of duty that... :) Now I can carry on learning safe in the knowledge that I have three trusted brands of razor that can and will hold a true shaving edge.... :)
