RHS Ivory covered tang.
Not sure what to use to rescale this one.... Any ideas would be appreciated.

Nice blades, dood. I didn't figure you for an ebayer.
For that ivory blade, my first thought is an ivory colored acrylic. If you want some blank-sized pieces, drop me a PM and I'll drop some in the mail. I can get you some photos of what it looks like on a blade, too, so you can get an idea of the color.
I've seen a few of the VOOGD's, but have never seen one in the condition yours is in.
On the rescale...bone, horn, something natural since it's got the covered tang.
Interesting to me that two of them are examples of how being made with Sheffield steel and "ground in Germany" were both marketing points. The Sheffield steel apparently had the rep and so did the German grinding. The "Real Hamburg Ring" on that Fenton Sheffield signifies that it too was ground in Germany if I'm not mistaken. Nice haul of shavers you got there.
i would rescale that one in an ancient penile bone from some mammal. i have used some and it looks incredible! a little more expensive, but looks it when you are done.
Nice catch! Looks like they will clean up nicely leading to great shaves.
Other than canabalizing & the price, ivory is really nice to work with. Boone Trading Company is an interesting place to find legal ivory at prices that are better than I would have expected.

Hope this helps...
