I'd like to keep them just the way they are. Knowing the time this guy put into that repair, it's hard to even want to take them apart. The blades are nothing really special anyway in terms of shaving equipment. One is cracked & chipped. The other one would probably make a good shaver, but it's been reground, and I think it'd be best to just leave them as they are. They have the original double coffin also, so that kinda completes them. When it's all said & done, I may have to sell them since they are consigned, but I'm hoping I can buy/keep them for myself.

Ouch! Sorry about the chip. Thanks for the posting. I'm very interested in early vintage blades.
