ID help, please.
I found this at the local thrift store last week and told myself if it was there when I checked back in I'd get it. So I went in today and there it was so and had to pick it up.
I've never seen the mark or the manufacturer and a quick perusal of the list in the wiki and a few google searchers and I couldn't find anything either. The pic with the lighter is just for scale. It's a huge full hollow chopper. I was in a hurry and used my cell phone so the photos are kind of junky. It's definitely been rescaled as I have two other razors in the same scales.

I just spent the last 30 minutes researching the 'crowing cock' or 'crowing rooster' mark. No luck my friend.
Gut feeling says we need a latin razor guide to find it in, based on the name. I could not find one tho.. sry mate, I tried.!
Good luck.

bharner, I'll try to answer on your PM here.
Sommer, Herrmann y Cia (Sommer, Herrmann & Co.) Veracruz is a Mexican hardware company with German roots.
At the end of 19th century, it was Leffmann & Gutheil, Veracruz, Mexico.
As I've understood, Sommer, Herrmann & Co. is still in business.
