I've always assumed that there was some sort of centre divider between the two blades but to be honest, I don't have a clue. I'll post some better pics when I get it.
There's a single picture of one in a book I have, but that's as close as I've come to seeing one like that.
Interesting to say the least. Apparently not an idea that caught on.
I wonder how that would feel in hand without a tang and the added weight of another blade and possibly an additional scale?

I too would be interested in knowing if there is a spacer/divider or a 3rd scale(?) between the blades. There must be something to keep the edges from blunting on the other blade.
No any spacer or divider. Blades just touching each other.
The razor arrived in the post this morning. I didn't have any chance to take any photos before heading off to work but there is no divider. The blades just tuck in next to each other.
wow, cant wait to see what you do with them, I have never seen a double razor like that, thanks for sharing.
