Two new additions
Picked up a couple new additions to the stable. First is a Tonsorial Gem. All I've done is wipe the blade and bolsters with Mother's polish. I'm trying to decide if I want to sand the black off or just polish hard with Mother's and go from there. Easier to go more aggressive later than the other way round.
Next is a Wm Greaves and Sons Sheafworks. It is a post 1826, so I'm thinking probably late 1830s at the earliest and probably more like mid 1840s. It's a very near wedge and appears to have the original scales and pins/collars. Pretty cool piece, I think!
Starts about 13/16" at the widest and tapers to 11-12/16" at the heel.

Sure. I'm out and about right now, but I'll be home in ~an hour. I'll get it then.

Here you go. Tonsorial Gem on the show side, and F.A. Clauberg New York, Made in Germany on the reverse.
