It's got a bit of "love" on it, but there should be a few more shaves left. Looking forward to trying it out.

Nice looking razor if you can get it shaving again. It seems like there might be a small frown but it may also be the strange hone wear and spine wear causing an illusion.
Good luck, hope it turns out to be great!
What's so special about these blades? I seem to recall hearing a lot about them, but I'm not quite sure why. Is it that they're a rare find? The blade is extra smooth?
I believe they were a good quality razor, and they have 2 ducks on them :)
Good 'nuff!
The number of ducks on a razor directly corresponds with how well it shaves. The only quadruple duck ever made was for Napoleon.
I think it's because Lynn used one in his first ever shaving video, back when it was a Yahoo thing. Bunch of sheep if you ask me...:p That said, if I ever find one, I'll probably buy it too.
I did as well. I've got to get some pictures taken and posted. I DID just get my Dublduck back from a honemeister and consider it 'choice'. As I'm comparing other 'bay' blades I've purchased, restored, and honed, the steel on the dublduck reminds me of a Henkel I've restored. MAN, the steel just has this certain quality to it. With just handling, sanding, polishing, honing, then shaving, you really can tell a difference in the hardness and characters of different brands of steel.
Very nice!!! I always wanted a Wonderedge but when they come up for sale I'm always broke!!! Lol
