Help! Possibly historical razor.

I have had this razor a while. It was pretty rusty when I got it . I cleaned it and arrested the rust and coated it heavily in vaseline. I recently rediscovered it, cleaned it more,honed it, and shaved with it this morning. On the blade: PALMER NO.1 ST JAMES'S STREET THE EMPERORS OF RUSSIA

The tang says: HER R.H. THE DUTCHESS OF KENT
& PRINCESS VICTORIA

The razor has ivory scales and possibly silver pins. It is a near wedge grind. I hope someone knows the history of this razor. Sorry, some of the photos are upside down. Thanks
