That is what mine used to look like.
I suspect that's the mobile theme that the classifieds come with. Basically if your browser communicates that it's on a mobile device the software uses that mobile theme instead of the regular one for computers.
I know of some other problems with the mobile theme too, but haven't had the chance to investigate it and fix whatever needs to be fixed.
