acronyms and abbreviations?

Is there a short list for the acronyms and abbreviations used on the forum as well as the Face book page.I'm not up to speed on that kind of lingo.My kids will text me with some term and I have to call them to find out what they are trying to tell me lol.Anyway I see a lot of it in posts and have no clue what a BBS is or any of the acronyms stand for.
