Issues posting pictures in BST listing

I'm having trouble posting pictures in the BST. The message I got was first you do not have permission and then it was low memory.. suggestions?

If you are having issues try again a little later. I had some issues trying to post pics there telling me the size was to large. When I tried later it worked fine.

The permission thing happens if your 10 dollar fee is not paid, or expires.
